Nursing Assistant Charged with Raping Elderly Patients
Adeladilew A. Mekonen, a certified nursing assistant at Providence St. Vincent, was arrested Wednesday.
A certified nursing assistant at Providence St. Vincent Hospital is under arrest, charged with sexually attacking elderly patients. Adeladilew A. Mekonen, 34, was arrested Wednesday.
The Washington County Sheriff's Office says that the investigation started after two "elderly females" who had been patients at the hospital complained.
Mekonen is charged with rape and unlawful sexual penetration.
