An 81-year-old man was killed after being struck by a SUV Wednesday afternoon in Hillsboro.
it happened around 1:15 not far from the intersection of 9th and Baseline Street.

She was traveling between 20 and 25 mph and police say recklessness, drugs, and alcohol were not factors.
