Report: Prosecutor whose Facebook Post Generated Controversy Faces Ethics Probe
Deputy district attorney wrote post seeming to condone racial profiling.

A Washington County Deputy District Attorney who was suspended because of a Facebook post that seemed to condone racial profiling now faces an ethics probe, according to a report in The Oregonian.
Zoe Smith, who returned to work after a week's suspension, is the subject of four complaints, according to the report.
The paper says that the complaints - including one from the Oregon Commission on Black Affairs - want the Oregon State Bar to investigate Smith's comments, calling them "dangerous and unethical."
