Wanted! Man Convicted of Posting 'Revenge Porn' Doesn't Show Up for Jail

An arrest warrant has been issued for Benjamin Barber.

The man who last week became the first person to be convicted after trial under Oregon's new "revenge porn" law is on the run. An arrest warrant was issued for 31-year-old Benjamin Barber after he failed to report to jail on Friday.

Barber had been sentenced on Thursday to six months in jail after being convicted of positing "intimate" video of a former girlfriend to porn sites without her permission.

At the time he was told to report by to jail by 7 p.m. Friday to start serving his sentence.
