(lakeoswegoreview.com) — Lake Oswego's beloved Village Flower Basket program is a 36-year, community-funded tradition that fills downtown with more than 200 hanging baskets each spring. Local nursery The Garden Corner designs, grows, and maintains the baskets, using water-wise reservoirs and ever-evolving plant combinations. Residents and businesses keep the program alive through tax-deductible donations that cover the roughly $400 cost per basket each season.
