Branden Anders arrested after DUII crash near Jefferson Parkway (newsline.com) — A 20-year-old Lake Oswego man was arrested after an early-morning DUII rollover crash near Spinosa and Jefferson Parkway that downed power lines and trapped a passenger inside the vehicle. Both driver and passenger were hospitalized, and the driver now faces multiple charges as officials highlight how impaired driving continues to cause serious crashes nationwide.
