β€’ Lake Oswego City Council approves changes to e-bike and e-scooter rules (lakeoswegoreview.com) β€” Lake Oswego's City Council has approved new rules clarifying where and how e-bikes and e-scooters can be ridden, emphasizing road use over sidewalks and banning devices that exceed 28 mph or lack pedals. Police and the school district are coordinating to educate families, especially as the legal riding age will drop from 16 to 14 in 2027.
