Another Guilty Plea in Bank of Oswego Probe

Guilty plea by financial adviser comes two years after indictment.

A financial adviser whose brother was a vice president at the Bank of Oswego has pleaded guilty as part of the federal investigation into the bank.

Greg Walsh admitted to persuading a woman to make loans to the company under misleading terms and never repaying the loans.

His guilty plea - to a county of conspiracy to commit wire fraud - was first reported by The Oregonian, which has reported extensively on the investigation.
