Lake Oswego Family at Center of Fishing License Scandal Pleads Guilty, Will Sell Business
Harmon family will also pay $125,000 as part of the deal.

The Lake Oswego family that owns Tradewinds Charters in Depoe Bay has pleaded guilty to racketeering for selling thousands of fishing licenses to customers and never actually buying them from the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife.
More than 2,600 customers were given receipts and told they were licenses, which they were not.
Timothy and Julie Harmon and their daughter Eva will have to pay more than $125,000 in restitution in addition to selling their company.
