Lake Oswego Fire Lieutenant Charged with Suspicion of DUII
Christopher Neely is also accused to punching a lottery machine.
A lieutenant with the Lake Oswego Fire Department was arrested over the weekend, charged with drunk driving.
West Linn police were called to the West Linn Saloon after Neely allegedly punch a lottery machine and left.
Police caught up with him a few blocks away and pulled him over.

Police say he refused to take a breathalyzer test and booked on charges of criminal mischief and suspicion of driving under the influence.
He's been with the department since 1999.
