Memorial Day is Coming and Lake Oswego Will be Watching for Drunk Drivers

The Lake Oswego Police Department would prefer that people never drink and drive.

They want you to know they are always on the lookout.

They also want you to know that over Memorial Day Weekend, they will be paying extra close attention.

It's part of their partnership with Oregon Impact, a statewide effort to cut down on arrests for driving under the influence.

The effort puts additional officers on the road for enforcement at different times during the year.
