Clackamas County deputies said the kidnapping victim flagged down a passerby on Courtney Avenue in Milwaukie on June 12.

MILWAUKIE, OR — Clackamas County Sheriff's officials on Thursday announced the arrests of two transients who allegedly kidnapped a 32-year-old woman and held her against her will for about 12 hours.
Michael Gray Wilkins, 47, and Leslie Jacobs Weeks, 49, are both lodged at the Clackamas County Jail on charges of robbery, kidnapping, assault, and menacing. Both are being held on $250,000 bail each.
According to police, the kidnapping victim — a Portland resident — flagged down a passing citizen on Courtney Avenue in Milwaukie around 8:30 a.m. June 12. While being interviewed by deputies, the victim said she'd been held against her in a motorhome owned (presumably) by the two suspects, who zip-tied, gagged, tasered, and assaulted her over the course of approximately 12 hours.

After her escape, which police did not explain in any detail, deputies found the motorhome in which the victim had been held broken down on Courtney Avenue. A search warrant gave deputies access to the motorhome's interior, where they found evidence corroborating the victim's story, officials said.
