• 'I can't breathe': New video shows woman's final moments in Clackamas County Jail (kptv.com) — A woman arrested in Oregon City later died at the Clackamas County Jail, and newly released video shows her repeatedly saying she couldn't breathe while strapped in a restraint chair. The state medical examiner ruled the death a homicide medically, but prosecutors declined criminal charges, and her family is now pursuing a wrongful-death lawsuit challenging how deputies used the restraint chair.
