Oregon City Police Ask for Help Finding Missing 52-Year-Old Kristine Reneau After Her Release From Clackamas County Jail and Last Known Sighting (centralrecorder.com) — Oregon City police are asking residents to help find 52-year-old Kristine Reneau, last seen August 25 in the Oregon City area after leaving Clackamas County Jail and believed to be traveling on foot. Officers released her physical description and distinctive tattoos, and urge anyone who spots her to call 911 and reference case number 26-017080.
   

2. A Century-Old Building Could Soon Have Both a Saloon and a Hotel Room (whatnow.com) — A historic building at 1320 Main Street in downtown Oregon City, formerly Trail's End Saloon, is slated to reopen as a saloon and Old West–themed boutique hotel. New owner Aviad Tapiro plans to revive live music and dining downstairs while adding four upstairs suites, potentially bringing much-needed overnight lodging to the city's core.
   

3. Regional News - FM News 100.1 and 1110 AM KBND (kbnd.com) — Oregon City residents should know that deputies arrested a 53-year-old man accused of firing more than 20 shots at tree cutters and even at a responding drone on Saturday; no one was injured. The suspect allegedly used a tractor to knock down trees and create a barricade before SWAT took him into custody on an attempted murder charge.
   

4. Reynolds boys soccer unleashes 5-0 flurry in season opener (youroregonnews.com) — Oregon City High's boys soccer team fell 5-0 on the road to Reynolds in both squads' 2026 season opener, despite a strong first half and several second-half chances. A yellow card on an Oregon City defender preceded Reynolds' opening goal, and the Raiders then poured in four more as Oregon City's defense wore down late.
