Prosecutors detailed the impact on the victim's family and the unprovoked jail assault, underscoring how the case moved through local courts and corrections.
• A political and powerful 'Jaja's African Hair Braiding' • Oregon ArtsWatch (orartswatch.org) — A new production of "Jaja's African Hair Braiding" is running at Clackamas Repertory Theatre on the Oregon City campus of Clackamas Community College, with performances Thursdays through Sundays through Oct. 4.
