Missing woman needs her medication. People are urged to call 911 if they see her.

her name is Natalie Derr and she is 54-years-old.
She was last seen Sunday driving away from a care facility in Milwaukie.

The Sheriff's Office says she is in urgent need of her medication, which she left behind.
They believe she might be headed to the Oregon coast in a 2010 red Toyota Prius. It has an Oregon license plate - 057ESW.
