Former Oregon City Teacher Indicted on Sex Abuse Charges

A man who worked as a substitute teacher at Gardiner Middle School in Oregon City has been indicted on sex abuse charges. Oregon City Police arrested 65-year-old Norman Scott on Thursday.
The charges stem from incidents last October when Scott allegedly touched several 12 and 13-year-olds.
He is charged in Clackamas County with four counts of sex abuse and 18 counts of harassment.

The incidents allegedly happened at the middle school.
Police believe there aren't other victims but if anyone has any information, they are urged to call the Oregon City Police.
