Home Cleaner Busted for Theft, Drugs

Oregon City Police say they have arrested a woman for stealing from a home that she was supposed to be cleaning.

Police had received information that Amanda Morgan, who worked The Cleaning Authority, had been stealing medication from a home on the 11000 block of Maxwell Court.

With the cooperation of the company, police used a hidden camera and say they caught her in the act.

Oregon City Police says that Maxwell, who was arrested Friday without incident, is charged with theft and possession of a controlled substance.

They believe there may be more victims and ask anyone with information to call them at 503-496-1616.
