Home Invasion Robbery Leads to Police Chase in Oregon City: Cops
Police chased the robbery suspects on Clackamas River Drive, and eventually pulled them over near the Carver Bridge.

OREGON CITY, OR — A home invasion robbery turned into a police chase near Highway 213 and Clackamas River Drive Wednesday afternoon, police said. Police were able to safely stop the pursuit and arrested five suspects in connection to the robbery.
Oregon City Police received a 911 call of a reported home invasion robbery at the Kingsberry Heights Apartments on Marjorie Lane right before 4:30 p.m. The robbery victims gave officers a description of the suspects and their vehicle.
Within four minutes, Oregon City Patrol Officers spotted a vehicle matching the description near Highway 213 and Clackamas River Drive.

Officers tried to pull over the vehicle, but the suspects didn't stop, police said.
This led to a police chase on Clackamas River Drive. Clackamas County Deputies were able to help patrol officers pull the vehicle over safely near the Carver Bridge.

Officers arrested five people in the vehicle in connection to the Kingsberry Heights Apartments robbery, police said:
- Edward Dequincy Ratcliff, from S.E. Portland, was charged with Robbery I, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, and Theft I. Ratcliff was lodged at the Clackamas County Jail with a bail set at $280,000.
- Duane Christopher Donaldson, from N.E. Portland, was charged with Robbery I and Attempting to Elude Police. Donaldson was lodged at the Clackamas County Jail and his bail set at $265,000.
- Jeremiah Deontrell Penn, from N.E. Portland, was charged with Robbery I. Penn was lodged at the Clackamas County Jail and bail was set at $250,000.
- Alissa Janae Moyak, from Troutdale, was charged with Robbery I and was lodged at Donald E. Long in Portland.
- Emma Rose Seibel, from Vancouver, Washington, was charged with Robbery I and was lodged at Donald E. Long in Portland.
