Accused Killer Turns Himself In
Richard Allen hess is accused of killing Dominick Perry
A man accused of killing a man from Portland is under arrest. The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office says that 47-year-old Richard Allen Hess of Sandy turned himself in Wednesday night.
The sheriff's office says that he shot and killed Dominick Perry of Portland over the weekend in Estacada. Deputies say that Hess fled in a white pickup truck, which has since been recovered.
Deputies found Perry with a gunshot wound and transported him to OHSU where he died.
