Mailman Robbed In Gladstone Tuesday Night: USPS

The USPS is offering a $10,000 reward for the capture and conviction of the two robbery suspects.

GLADSTONE, OR — The United State Postal Service is offering up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of two men who allegedly robbed a letter carrier in Gladstone Tuesday night, according to U.S. Postal Inspector Adam L. Sale.

The robbery occurred near the intersection of West Dartmouth Street and Beatrice Avenue just before 6:30 p.m. Nov. 28, Sale said in a statement. The letter carrier reportedly sustained minor injuries when the men took an undisclosed amount of mail, and a USPS vehicle was damaged during the incident.

Both suspects are described as roughly 6-feet and between 20 to 30 years old. One of the men is said to have brown skin and a heavier build, while the other man has light skin and a thin build.
