Man in Custody After Road Rage Incident Caught on Video
A man was in the right place at the right time with his cell phone.

A man is under arrest, charged with menacing, disorderly conduct, and pointing a firearm at another after a road rage incident that was captured on video by a witness.
Bradlee France was arrested Tuesday evening by Oregon State Police after he was identified on a video that Russ Ceperich posted on his Facebook page with the caption, "Portland traffic sucks."
State Police say that the incident happened around 7:30 in the morning on September 9th on I-205 southbound between mileposts nine and ten near Oregon City.

The video of the incident shows France with a Glock that was later recovered.
Thanks to the tips from the public, France's vehicle was identified and an off duty Clackamas County Firefighter observed the vehicle near Stafford Road.

Clackamas County Sheriff's Office located Mr. France driving the vehicle near the location. A traffic stop was conducted on Willamette Drive in West Linn. Mr. France was taken into custody without further incident.
