Just more than one hour later, deputies got a call from the Washington State Patrol.
Troopers said they had responded to a car overturned on I-5 near Ridgefield. There, they found the Subaru overturned. And Siegberg. They arrested him for DUII.
While he was was being taken custody, Siegberg admitted he had a lot to drink. And "I just killed someone," he said.
That led troopers to notify the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office.
Siegberg was first evaluated at a hospital and then booked into Clark County Jail. Authorities will move to have him extradited to Oregon.
