Meet Oregon City's New Community Development Director
Laura Terway takes over for Tony Konkol who became City Manager.

Oregon City did not have to go far to find its new its new community development director.
After a recruitment process, they settled on an internal candidate - Laura Terway who had been serving as interim planning manager since Tony Konkol was named city manager in February.

Terway, who will oversee the city's planning, building, and IT departments, started serving Oregon City 13 years as a volunteer in the planning department.
She holds a Masters of Urban and Regional Planning from Portland State University and a Bachelors of Science in Geography from Western Oregon University and is certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners.
