Milwaukie Police Apprehend Two Suspects in Monday Morning Assault and Robbery
The two men allegedly fought and robbed a man at his Southeast Lake Road home April 3 before being caught by Milwaukie police.

OREGON CITY, OR – Milwaukie police arrested two men Monday morning following an altercation at a Southeast Lake Road residential complex.
Around 7:30 a.m. April 3, a witness called police to report seeing Justin Dean Koprek, 32, and Jerrick Allen Thies, 28, allegedly attack a male resident at a residential complex in the 4400 block of Southeast Lake Road in Milwaukie.
After reportedly fleeing in a Toyota Corolla, Milwaukie police stopped Koprek and Thies on Southeast Tacoma Street, near Southeast McLoughlin Boulevard, where the two men were later arrested.

The male victim was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Koprek and Thies are being held at the Clackamas County Jail. Charges are pending, but Koprek is being held on suspicion of contempt of court, third degree assault, first degree burglary, and first degree robbery. Thies is being held on suspicion of second and third degree assault, first degree robbery, first degree burglary, menacing, and unlawful use of a weapon.
