Oregon City Police say that Timothy Crawford stole a relative's car and then was involved in a rollover crash on Central Point Road near Geiger Road.
After the crash, police say, Crawford ran into a wooded area armed with a knife and hatchet.

When he refused commands to put down the weapons and surrender, the police sent in Mac, who captured him.
He is charged with several crimes including reckless driving, unlawful use of a vehicle, trespassing, criminal mischief, and interfering with a law enforcement animal.
