Oregon City Library Sets Grand Re-Opening Celebration
After months of work and years of planning, the city's Carnegie Library is ready for the spotlight.

It's an event that has been years in the making. After planning, votes, fundraising, community outreach - Oregon City is getting ready to celebrate the grand re-opening, or grand opening depending on your perspective, of the Oregon City Library.
The city has set Saturday October 15th for the event.
Things will get underway at Noon with the actual presentation lasting from 12:30-1:00 p.m. in the community room at the Library at 606 John Adams.

There is only seating for 75 in the community room but the city will broadcast the ceremony on monitors throughout the building.
There will be raffles, a magic show, cupcakes, music, and, of course, books.
