Oregon City Man Who Sexually Abused Child Gets Almost Nine Years In Prison
His victim was four to five-years-old at the time of the abuse.

An Oregon City man convicted of sexually abusing a child will spend the next 100 months in jail. James Edward Zwaschka, 43, was convicted of sexual abuse and sodomy.
Oregon City Police started their probe after the victim's family had reported the abuse to officials in Multnomah County. When they discovered that the child - who was four and five at the time of the attacks - had been abused in Oregon City, the Multnomah officials turned over the case.
The abuse happened between Jan. 1, 2005 and Jan. 1, 2007.

During a six month investigation, no additional victims were located and authorities have no reason to believe there are any outstanding victims, according to the Oregon City Police Department.
