Oregon City Residents Arrested As Part Of State Drug Investigation
Rogelio Conrique-Villalpando and Matilde Conrique-Sepulveda were both charged with conspiracy to distribute heroin and methamphetamine.

OREGON CITY, OR — Two Oregon City residents were arrested last week in connection with an interagency drug investigation that included nearly 20 local and federal law enforcement agencies.
Rogelio Conrique-Villalpando, 39, and Matilde Conrique-Sepulveda, 41, were both lodged at the Lane County Jail on May 24 and charged with conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and heroin.
A third person, Albany resident Maritza Pallanez, 24, was also arrested as part of the investigation, police said.

Assisting in the arrests and investigation were the Linn County Sheriff's Office, Albany Police Department, Lebanon Police Department, Sweet Home Police Department, Benton County Sheriff's Office, Corvallis Police Department, Marion County Sheriff's Office, Independence Police Department, Polk Interagency Narcotics Team, Stayton Police Department, Clackamas County Sheriff's Office, Clackamas County Interagency Task Force, Multnomah County Sheriff's Office, Portland Police Bureau, Oregon State Police, Oregon National Guard, DEA and FBI.
The Linn County Interagency Narcotic Enforcement Team (LINE) and the DEA of Eugene led the investigation into the distribution of large quantities of meth and heroin, police said, during which multiple pounds of suspected heroin and meth were seized.
