You are invited to review the final draft version of Oregon City's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) 2018-2019 Annual Report. This report will be submitted to the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) by November 1, 2019.
This report covers activities for the time period July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019. Annual reports summarize the accomplishments and implementation status of our Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP).

National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Annual Reports are submitted to the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) by November 1st of each year. They cover activities for the time period July 1st of the previous year through June 30th of the same year.
The Annual Report summarizes the accomplishments and implementation status of our Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP). Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Progress Reports are submitted to DEQ at the same time (as Appendix D).
