Sarah Martin was watching seven-month-old Izaak Gillen in December 2014 when Gillen died.
Prosecutors say that she killed the child.

They called the medical examiner who performed the autopsy and ruled the death of a homicide.
They called Isaak's parents who testified they would had never thought Martin could have been responsible until they were told that Isaak's skull had been fractured.
The trial resumes on Tuesday.
Martin is expected to testify along with doctors that the defense hopes will refute the testimony of the medical examiner
