Clackamas Woman Found After Sheriff Initiates Search And Rescue

Shirley Darlow was last seen around 4 p.m. Sunday when she walked away from her daughter's home in Clackamas. She was found Monday.

CLACKAMAS, OR — Shortly after the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office initiated a search and rescue operation for Shirley Darlow, a 64-year-old Clackamas resident with dementia who around 4 p.m. Sunday walked away from her daughter's home in the area of Southeast 90th Avenue and Southeast Talbert Road, Portland police reportedly located her safe at Southeast 24th Avenue and Southeast Powell Boulevard — roughly 11 miles from where she was last seen.
