They say that Travis Anthony Moore was shot and killed while resisting arrest.
Officers David Edwins and David Plummer had arrived at Moore's home at 210 S 2nd Street to arrested him for failing to appear in court on harassment charges, police say.

Moore was shot during the altercation.
