Town Center Theft Leads to Crash, Arrests
Women are accused of stealing from Forever 21 and then leading deputies on a chase.
Two women from Vancouver are accused of stealing from the Forever 21 store at Clackamas Town Center mall and leading deputies on a chase, eventually crashing their car. Both women are under arrest.
The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office says that 19-year-old Nina Jackson and 20-year-old Chaniq Green are charged with hit and run, theft, reckless driving, and attempting to elude.
Deputies say they were called to Town Center around 3:00 Tuesday afternoon. Two women - later identified as Jackson and Green - had filled two bags with clothing and fled. Witnesses gave deputies a description of the car they drove away in.

The car was spotted and deputies gave chase, eventually losing sight of the car.
Soon after, they found it. Flipped over in the driveway of a nearby home on Southeast 92nd Avenue Court.

The women were trying to scale a fence and were taken into custody.
