Portland Girl Missing, May Be Victim Of Human Trafficking: Police
The girl, 16, was reported missing Thursday, Aug. 10. Police believe she is heading to Las Vegas to meet with her former trafficker/pimp.

PORTLAND, OR — A missing, runaway Portland girl who was previously the victim of human trafficking may be attempting to reunite with her former trafficker, according to police.
[Name removed], 16, was reported as a runaway on Aug. 10, according to Beaverton police spokesman Mike Rowe. She reportedly lives with her parents in Portland and Oregon City.
She was previously located in Los Angeles, Rowe said, following a late July sex trafficking investigation worked by the Los Angeles and Beaverton police departments and the Portland FBI Child Exploitation Task Force.

James Damarr Jackson, the Las Vegas man arrested and charged with human trafficking a minor for his role in her victimization, was reportedly missing on bail recently, and police believe she is heading to Las Vegas to meet him.
Jackson, 25, allegedly trafficked [name removed] in Nevada and California prior to his arrest.

Police confirmed [name removed] purchased a ticket from PDX to Las Vegas on Spirit Airlines. Police also believe her friends knew of her plans to leave for Las Vegas.
