Some time later, after releasing a description of the suspects and the white Ford Excursion they used to escape, Port of Portland and Bureau officers from the East Precinct found all three individuals at a gas station near Northeast 99th Avenue and Northeast Sandy Boulevard — roughly half a mile down the road from the robbery.

The officers initiated a traffic stop and while speaking to them found reason to believe the trio was involved in the armed robbery at Neighbor's Market. They were immediately arrested.

Police authorities reportedly believe Luster and Cordray might be involved in other recent robberies around the Portland metro region. Anyone with information that could assist investigators is encouraged to call Portland Detective William Winters at 503-823-0466.
