Missing Portland Man Found In Salem, Police Say
Ludlow 'Evans' Kaeser, 66, was last seen leaving his residential care facility in Southeast Portland on Jan. 20. He was found safe in Salem.

PORTLAND, OR — A 66-year-old Portland man missing since Saturday was located in Salem Wednesday, according to police.
Ludlow "Evans" Kaeser left his residential care facility in the 1700-block of Southeast 138th Avenue on Jan. 20 and did not return. He had reportedly been lost before, police said, noting Kaeser's ability to return home on most occasions.
Kaeser is now receiving medical care at a Salem hospital, police said.
