Abby Wambach Admits to Having Tried Cocaine, Pot
Admission comes in a document filed in connection with her arrest for driving under the influence over the weekend.

Abby Wambach, the two-time gold medal winning member of the US Women's National Team that also won soccer's World Cup, tired cocaine and marijuana ten years ago.
While it was a decade ago, it was after she had been selected as a member of the National Team. That happened when she was she was 21.
The disclosure came in court papers filed in connection with Wambach's release from jail after she was booked on charges having driven under the influence.

She told the court staff member who interviewed her that she has tried marijuana at age 24, cocaine at age 25, and has not used either since.
Wambach also said while she drinks regularly, she does not have an alcohol dependency problem.

She later took to Twitter to et her fans know that while he did enter a not guilty plea, it was "standard procedure."

She was arrested Saturday and released on her own recognizance.
Wambach was in court Tuesday morning where she pleaded not guilty.
