KATU Lays Off Anchor Natalie Marmion

Restructuring move leads to newsroom cuts and other changes, OregonLive reports.

PORTLAND, OR — KATU news anchor Natali Marmion and assignment manager Nick Bradshaw lost their jobs at Portland's ABC affiliate in a restructuring by parent company Sinclair Broadcast Group. Marmion worked at KATU for nearly 20 years, according to her biography on the station's website. Bradshaw had been with the station since 2009. KATU general manager John Tamerlano, speaking to Oregon Live, declined to discuss whether any other cuts in the organization took place.
