Add Another Defendant in #OregonStandoff Case

Scott Willingham was arrested last week after threatening to shoot federal law enforcement officers. Add theft allegations to his problem

Scott Allen Willingham is now the 27th person to be indictment in connection with the armed occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge.

In an indictment unsealed Wednesday, Willingham is charged by federal prosecutors with theft of government property.

According to the one-count indictment, Willingham "did steal, and convert to his use and the use of another cameras and related equipment" in January.

Willingham was with LaVoy Finicum when Fincium removed a camera from a substation outside of Burns.

Finicum was later killed during a traffic stop when he was believed to be reaching for a gun.

Willingham is currently in jail in Grant County and is expected to be brought to Portland later this week.
