Three of Oregon's top elected members of Congress will be in town to discuss the state's affordable housing crisis.Senators Ron Wyden and Jeff Merkely will be joined by Representative Earl Blumenauer as they host a roundtable discussion.They say that the "housing crisis is gripping the Portland region."They say they will hear from Oregonians affected by rising rents, skyrocketing home prices, and the lack of affordable housing.The elected officials say that they want to hear from advocates about what the federal government can do.The event will be at 10:30AM at Gray's Landing Community Room at 650 SW Lowell Street in Portland.
