Brewer Indicted Over Harassing Calls to 911

Justin Fay is expected in court Thursday.

Justin Fay, the owner of Base Camp Brewing Company in Southeast Portland, is expected in court Thursday after being indicted on weapons and criminal mischief charges.

His arrested last week, first reported by KOIN, came after he made a series of seven calls to 911 complaining about the mayor and the Portland homeless situation."

The station reported that after the calls, police officers arrived at his home and were greeted by Fay caring a loaded assault rifle with the safety off.
