StarlightMind Hypnosis, LLC

StarlightMind Hypnosis is a small, locally rooted practice offering hypnosis and self-hypnosis education in a calm, respectful, and non-directive way. My work is centered on creating space for reflection, self-awareness, and personal exploration-offered as a space to reconnect with yourself and explore what feels true for you, at your own pace.

I work with approaches known as 5-PATH® Hypnosis and 7th Path® Self-Hypnosis, which focus on understanding patterns, emotional responses, and inner experience at a deeper level. Sessions are individualized and paced with care, meeting people where they are rather than pushing toward outcomes.

This work often resonates with people who are curious about stress, focus, habits, or self-understanding, and who prefer an approach that feels grounded, collaborative, and human rather than clinical.
