Monday, August 24, 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., Oregon Charter Academy (ORCA) will host a Kindergarten meet-and-greet for potential and currently enrolled students.
At the event, families can meet the teachers, obtain help with enrollment and learn more about opportunities, such as upcoming field trips and new clubs. Potential families can determine if the school is right for their students.
ORCA is the state’s first virtual public charter school, celebrating over 20 years of virtual education success. The tuition-free school, formerly known as Oregon Connections Academy, became independent in 2020 to better serve K-12 students throughout Oregon with advanced technology and customizable approaches to a standards-based curriculum.
