A man is in custody charged with robbery and kidnapping after he robbed the Plaid Pantry at 5414 Southeast Woodstock, according to Portland Police. Jonathan Lee Lathrop, 34, had a knife and chainsaw, police say.The incident happened Sunday night just after 11:00. Lathrop was located outside the store.
