PORTLAND, OR — Fashion lovers take note: the fifth annual Portland Fashion & Style Awards (PFSA) will take over the Portland Art Museum 6 p.m. Sunday, Nov 6. Atteendees can celebrate the best of Portland's fashion scene with the award ceremony, cocktails and an after party.
"PFSA thrives to build relationships by creating connections with both local businesses and consumers, and to celebrate the city's hard work in one fabulous night of awards, dancing and recognition," the website states.
The award show recognizes and honors Portland's local fashion and style talent. Awards will be presented to Portland's best boutique, Portland's best male and female model, best fashion publisher, best salon and more. Nominees are judged on various categories, such as community involvement and niche.

The show is run by Venus Salon and Spa owner Anne Akre, and is once again sponsored by Mercedes-Benz of Portland, for the third year.
Doors open at 5 p.m. and the show will begin immediately at 6 p.m. in the Sunken Ballroom. Tickets can be purchased online, with the cheapest tickets priced at $35 for ballroom seating and the most expensive at $150 for platinum table seating.
