Joshua Eric Constantine, 32, is under arrest, charged with assault, after police say he shot a child in a road rage incident Tuesday afternoon. The girl was hit in the foot and is expected to be okay.
It happened just before 3:00 p.m. Police say the shot had come from a passing minivan on I84.
The girl was in the backseat of a car being driven by her mother when the minivan - being driven recklessly - nearly caused the mom to crash. The mom kept driving, and caught up to the van. That's when someone fired a shot from the van into her car.
