Dog Found in Portland, Returned to Owner After Nearly a Month Missing
A woman's dog was recovered after being stolen by her landlord over a dispute.

Isis was found in Portland; a Turner woman’s dog named Isis that is.
The dog was stolen from owner Kate Taylor by her landlord after a dispute, and was recently found safe in Portland and returned to Taylor, the Statesman Journal reported.
Marion County Deputies and Portland Police worked together to return the dog, who was reportedly stolen by landlord Rose Skoda-Kempton on April 26, according to the Statesman Journal.

Skoda-Kempton kicked Taylor out of her apartment and confronted her father about missing saddles, then allegedly took the dog until they were returned, the Journal reported. Police are still investigating the matter.
