One person is dead after a hit and run crash on Southeast Division on Thursday night. Portland Police say it happened around 9:00 by Southeast 139th Avenue.
Police arrived to find two vehicles at the scene.
The driver of one vehicle was suffering traumatic injuries and died soon after. The man's passenger was seen fleeing the scene.

Witnesses told police that three men were seen fleeing from the other car.
