Drunk Driver Who Killed Bicyclist Gets Six Years
Franklin Drobny also loses his driver's license for life.

A drunk driver who killed a bicyclist was sentenced Monday to six years and three months in prison for what he did.
Franklin Dobny was driving drunk the night of March 19th when he hit 17-year-old Austin Joe Hyynko in Southeast Portland. The teen died at the scene.
Earlier this year, Dobny pleaded guilty to manslaughter and driving under the influence.

As part of his plea, he also will spend three years under supervised release when he gets out of prison and he loses his driver's license for life.
There have been 30 traffic-related fatalities in Portland this year.
